I don’t know if this would be of help for anyone but if you are either sick and out of work or you are out of work because of the virus and are healthy but have to stay home...this might be a little helpful. I still have my job but I’m not able to go to work because of my mom and grandma. They have high risk factors and it would be dangerous for me to work right now. I am getting two weeks of my normal pay but then after that I have to apply for unemployment insurance... that scares me because that pay isn’t as good but I am trying to safe as much money as I possibly can. So I called my banks and held off a few payments on things. I held off my car payment and a couple credit card bills. Also my mortgage. The banks have been super helpful so if you are struggling call them and they might be able to help you. I know it’s a scary time and I’m scared too.... I saved some of my tax refund and I am saving extra money when I can from my pay check since I pushed a couple things back. Just know that most companies will work with you and sometimes put things off for a couple months. Praying for you all and I hope that you all stay healthy and safe. 💕
