After a lifetime of experiences and two years of work, my book #BettahDays is finally finished! It's based on my grandmother's life, following her journey as a young girl experiencing her first crush, to a wife in a challenging marriage, a conflicted mother, to a resolute matriarch. Today has been frustrating, sad, infuriating etc but it's also my friend's birthday and Guy's "Piece of My Love" just came on Pandora. And it reminded me of the time me and @juiceeg analyzed the shadiness that song in my house while I stood on the couch folding sheets. 😂😂 So timely it being her birfday and all. And that instantly reminded me of our relationship over the years. Rainbow in my clouds. Thanks for all of your love, support, listening ear and encouragement over the years friend. Love you forevahevah!
