Hello, as a bit of a starting source to the meme and also as one who kinda is iffy on the meme based on its recent usage: it started late september from a call where I brought up tsurugi being like the cop from family guy and then I made the initial image and the server kinda memed it from there

It was kinda funny for a bit but then it just became too easy, especially with the fact he was canonically handicapped like in chapter six. Yeah you can tell I don’t really like this meme nowadays and I still question to this day how it got this ridiculously popular.

Ratnade I can understand, but this? Idk I’ve been not sure what to feel about it nowadays.
