"Umm" Serri merely answers before placing her hands on her hips, inspecting the woman in front of her up and down before raising a brow and responding.

"Who are you?"

"Oh--" Her eyes widen seeing the stranger pleading for her to not leave.

"I'm job-hunting right now kid! I have to leave to see how many places can call me back so that I can potentially do something with my life before my current savings run out."

"Used books. Any place around here like that around?" A pair of digits reached inside his pant’s pocket and emerged with a folded slip of paper. Jolted down were a number of organized titles, authors, and ISBN numbers, "I try to be thrifty with textbooks. A student can always used the extra saved, right?"

"Possibly." She answers with the one word rather hesitantly. While she knew her way around the streets and businesses, she didn't actually tend to notice the bookstores around the area.

"You're a student?" She remarks as she glances up and down over him. "I wouldn't have thought. I used to be one, but in a private academy so I didn't really have to go out and buy things. Anyways, there's a possibility I can take you to one, but its been ages since I've been near one. Who are you anyways?"
