PROMO | In the wake of the unprecedented craziness of the U.S. presidential campaign, for its 10th Art Issue W magazine asked 15 artists, including Nina Chanel Abney, to create the kind of political campaign posters they would like to see. | W Magazine, November 2016

I'm in October's issue of Cosmo (pg. 27). When my friend Robin asked if I'd be interested in being in this piece, I cringed because Cosmo reminds me of being 14 years old and reading tips about all the blowjobs I'd never give. But then I thought that at that age, had I seen a black queer weirdo like myself in Cosmo I would have been pretty stoked. So I did it and had a great time. Please grab a copy if you can because mine is already bent and has food on it, so at this rate it's not going to last long enough to see my grandkids.
