IN THE SPAN OF 3 DAYS I READ ALL THE CHAPTERS, 1-14
IT IS SO FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOD
When I first started reading I was only gonna read the first chapter and then go back to it later
BUT THEN I SPENT THE WHOLE ASS WEEKEND READING EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER

AND A SIDE EFFECT: TODAY INSTEAD OF DRAWING MY OCS IN CLASS ALL I DREW WAS PURELILY SHIT AND I LISTENDED TO FLY ME TO THE MOON BY FRANK SINATRA AND I WENT "OMG CHAPTER 14 CODED AAAAAA" AND SO I THEN PROCEEDED TO DRAW THEM IN THE SKY DANCING SCENE
GAAAAAHHHHH WE WERE SO CLOSEEEEEE SO CLOSEEEEEEEEEEE

So yah, I've gotten absolutely invested in this fic and I'm so excited for whenever the next chapter comes out :D

Drew them mostly from memory but eventually once I had a minute I caved and looked up the viridescent daydream design

Ignore that person who said purelily sucks, I know everyone has there own opinion, but let's all be real for a sec, were all weird and different on the inside. If some of you have a ship you hate, keep it to yourselves. Let people ship what they want to ship (Expect disgusting ships like child x older you get the idea)
Also btw, I wanted to send my fan art for u, but something happened to my artwork and all my art got deleted, and every art work is gone so...Am fine though don't worry. (By fine I mean I was half crushing or crying and half raging)

I never let mean comments like that get to me dw but I completely agree! Everyone’s tastes are different, and it’s way better when people just let others enjoy what they like instead of tearing it down. Fandom should be fun, not stressful. I think the main thing is keeping spaces safe and respectful, especially when it comes to stuff that can be genuinely harmful.
But holy shi- I'm so sorry about all your arts- I can understand the pain you're going through. This genuinely sucks so much, especially when it’s multiple pieces all at once... I’m glad you told me though, and I appreciate that you even wanted to share it with me in the first place. That means a lot on its own^^ it's the thought that counts! Thank you so much for creating a wonderful piece for me ♥️
I hope you’re taking it a bit easy after that. Losing art hurts, but it doesn’t take away your skill or creativity, you can always make more, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

ok this is the yap that got deleted and also im incredibly not feeling well while writing this so il try to remember as much of what i originally said
i didnt like the wl part onwards... but pls note this comes from someone who sucks ass at analysis and storytelling and bad memory and also i didnt play those extra bits i only played till the credits
to start with what i like:

im crying... they detransformed.... for that moment they werent ancient heros, werent awakened new virtues, but just white lily and pure vanilla....

i love the gingerbrave part its so friendship is magic and thats perfect for a story like crk... idk how i feel abt gingerbrave going to bravery hill but i like that even as a normal cookie, he is still a spark of inspiration and change esp with his friends (yeah... with his friends... kinda like solidarity...... someone could learn from him.... *cough cough* white lily *cough*)
surprisingly, even tho i dont like smilk im hlad hes comming back... bc if timekeeper was just alone as the new big bad it feels like theyre going to borrow crob lore again but never really be clear about it like the guardians in crk and it becomes a *who are you and why should i care* situation

ok so the part i dont like
il just copy paste everything and try to make it coherent bc these are scattered between swveral conversations
when the 2 cookies who stand for solidarity dont fucking tell anyone anything except for each other... (edit: i know its in character for both of them but cmon. ssalt is fine if he falls back into his own corruption of silence, but wl? not communicating or connecting with her friends? accepting herself? as in the flaws she was supposed to overcome but its just kinda left there unfinished?)
the only one ssalt asks for help is the kala namak knights which barely count bc as the virtue of solidarity his fault was acting like he was a leader and ever being equals with his denizens or coulleges
its like, wl supposedly learns that she has to work together w others, and yea she talks abt not being the one and only solution but rather a peice of the puzzle that everyone contributes to, but she still does the "its her plan!! the plan no one else knows!!" and the game still treats her like shes the one and only solution
imo it shouldve been gingerbrave or pv/ancients to deal the final (and main) blow but instead it was wl and aod... gingerbrave, or better yet the ancients, to show that she actually learnt to work as a team rather than working alone
she talks abt "ooh we can achieve more if we work together!!" and yet she only works with silent salt which im not counting bc that makes it feel that theyre both still scared to rely on anyone but literally their other half... the one she shouldve shown her new skill to shouldnt be ssalt, but her friends... even if she made a plan and messed it up, at least it fits with the theme of being for solidarity and freedom...
ssalt and willy are both representatives of solidarity ..... where........... where..................... what solidarity...................... i got the response "that sounds like secrecy more than solidarity" YEAH THATS SILENCE?? THE CORRUPTED SOLIDARITY??? SO YOU MANAGED TO MAKE THE AWAKENED NEW VIRTUE AND ATTEMPTED TRYING TO BE BETTER BEAST NOT DO SOLIDARITY FOR SHIT???
WL SHOULDVE BEEN THE LEAD OF THE ANCIENTS!!! to parralel ep 11 or 12 i forgot (when she was trying to copy pvs togetherness leadership style) ... shouldve shone some focus on th ancients and what made them successful from the beasts... their friendship and support... well that was wls job as the other half of solidarity but apparently she dont want to fucking tell them anything...
'also wouldve paralleled the start of the game, the dark flour war. This time they *all*, all 5 and new friends too, can stand up and fight and Win against de' (-starshipdecay)
THE CONCLUSION WAS RIGHT THERE, AN AMAZING TIE BACK, BUT NOOOOOO WL JUST HAD TO DIE FSR?? SHE SHOULD LIVE EVEN AS HALF A COOKIE, ALSO SENDING THE MESSAGE OF FREEDOM THAT EVEN WHEN SHES DOWN SHE STILL DESERVES TO LIVE. ACCEPTING HERSELF... BECAUSE ALL COOKIES DESERVE TO LIVE. (edit: ok just remmebered her lifepowder was efaes... sheeesss kinda basically a zombie... but the issue isnt that, if be fine if she died from that, but it was i think bc she killed de and de is her? even if she Did die from efae lifepowder running out, i dont think it was communicated properly... mention efae or something idk... maybe i wasnt paying attention...)
also pv i feel shouldve been sad for longer... like... you had a crush(?) on her during childhood you followed her you were close friends to your immortal adulthoods you were always trying to reach her. to understand her but never quite there. and i know he cried but... got up that quick? it felt... jarring...
sugar swan still feels like a *who are you and why should i care* chr, but its not as bad as i thought itd be
so yeah... i dont like the ending bc of wl and that makes me sad...
edit: i know that a lot of this is emotional rambling since im sending my first reaction, but i still think wls character and death shouldve been handled better... as much as i would make edits to this post adding my change in thoughts, i think that this is a constant
ok so big update that wasnt worthy of being Just an edit of the post i just finished those additional story parts that appear at the side of the map or whatever those rifts
SO SHE DID SOLIDARITY... SSALT YOU ASSHOLE.... but "there is something they must know" doesnt mean its the plan so im not sure

i was thinking what if the letters were her plan BUT NO I CHANGE MY MIND. PURELILY CANON. PURELILY CANON NO ONE CAN PROVE WHATS IN THE LETTER SO THERES NO CONVINCING M OTHERWISE
I think the box contained the spell GC was looking for, that is, to revive her subjects whose consciousness has been transferred to her soul jam, letting them stay alive. The main reason I say this is because WL said "It took me a long time to find it..." and GC was looking all the ways she could've done so. I think that explains the reaction shown by the end credits as they're crying but also cheering because it had exactly what they needed finally but it is the final parting gift from Lily too.
