They’ve released the well balanced program content for 2019/20 junior and senior synchro programs.

No spins in senior (thank god) and the no-holds back in the long program.

Only three more weeks until synchro worlds and it’s gonna be crazy...

You’ve got Finland, you’ve got Russia, you’ve got Canada, you’ve got the US and sadly you don’t have Sweden *rip surprise*

I’ve decided to come back to this blog in order to prepare all of my skating loving peeps for one heck of a synchro worlds. I’ll try to cover the bases before Helsinki so people can be informed when they watch!

Please let me know if that’s something you’d like or think would be helpful (still gonna do it anyways) and PLEASE send me questions to answer about synchro!!!
