Thinking about how Adam's last words to Lute were him calling her a "dumb fuckin' bitch" for pointing out the absolute obvious to him.

But honestly? While for the average viewer, the thought of someone really important to you insulting you before dying is a depressing and upsetting thought, I honestly think that Lute thinks of it with fondness.

Adam casually calls her 'danger tits' and 'bitch'. His manners as a whole are... almost non-existent, he's rude, crass and hands out misogynistic insults like it's candy on Halloween. She's used to this, it would have been weird if Adam hadn't have yelled at her and dropped a bunch of profanities.

Besides, he was kinda right, wasn't he? The shield was right in front of their faces, and she went "uh oh, boss, they got a shield". Lute kinda has to laugh and shake her head because man, this was such a normal conversation for them and then neither of them knew how the day was gonna end.
