Okay real fast, since I just made some trauma holder flags, I want to remind everyone on here to be careful with where you display the information about who in your system holds trauma !!!! Don’t hand out that information the same way you would like a mood booster or a more stable part!!! Unfortunately, the internet is a very unsafe place, especially for alters who hold very heavy things, putting a role like trauma holder on an alters public profile may make them a target for rude people. Please be careful with who you share that info with!!

I personally suggest coming up with a code word for trauma holders in your system if you do want to list their role in some way on a public profile! Something that’s not going to put them in any sort of dangerous situation to be seen as a “weak target”. Maybe share that code word with your close friends / family so they are aware, and then you can list “trauma holder” on private profiles for those alters
