Your daily reminder...
You do not need to post about things to care about them. "I see you not reblogging" is guilt-tripping.
You're allowed to curate your own blog. "I don't care if this doesn't fit your blog aesthetic" is guilt-tripping.
You're allowed to skip past posts that distress you. "x amount of people must reblog" is guilt-tripping.
Permission is not needed but for those whom it will make more comfortable; you are allowed to block people who post bullcrap that makes you feel guilty.
This post has no DNI; everyone may reblog regardless of syscourse stance, but reblogs are not required. Spread love.

System roles are like a lot of labels, they're useful as self-descriptors to help both yourself and others better understand you but, when applied as rigid, prescriptive boxes that all must fit neatly into, they become unhelpful at best and often harmful and restrictive.
how it feels talking to psych majors
things that do not mean you're faking systemality:
having a high alter count
having very little amnesia
having lots of introjects
using sign offs and decorating your system trackers
having comorbid disorders
not knowing whether you have osdd, pdid, did
having dramatic switches
being cringe
not being diagnosed
being a teenager
not remembering trauma
experiencing ramcoa or oea
anti-endos calling themselves systempunk... last time i checked, words have meanings.
shoutout to anti-endos that BITE. shoutout to anti-endos that are sick and tired of the ableism from (pro/neu)endos & all other related terms. shoutout to anti-endos that arent afraid to be mean. shoutout to aggressive anti-endos. shoutout to anti-endos that snap at (pro/neu)endos, and shoutout to anti-endos that are very outwards and loud about being anti-endo. you are all so appreciated, as another aggressive anti-endo system. we need more of you guys.
