Imagine how annoying he'd sound, blabbing on and on about the fight that had occured just minutes ago, purposefully throwing in phrases that poked at your pet peeves.
A quick glance at his face captured his bleeding nose, his annoying grin, his gleaming two-toned eyes... Truly, you could slap him, if not for the fear he'd like that too much. Still, you bite back your emotions to do your job as gently as you could muster, feeling his gaze flicker from your hands, to your lips. His stare is something you've long since learned to ignore.
As you finish dressing his wounds, you swear you see a flicker of dissapointment behind his eyes as your time draws to an end. You have no doubt he'll be back ridiculously soon, with a new injury in tow. It makes you start to wonder if he's doing this on purpose.
