Institutes to take care of women after delivery are really popular, especially for the year of dragon. It is hard to book one this year. Here, mothers and their newborns are taken care of in the institutions for nearly a month. This is a tradition used to take place at homes. Even though hospitals push hard to keep the mothers and babies at the same room after delivery, this is not the case in these institutions. Here the babies are taken care of by the nurses in a separate room. Mothers see their own babies only when breast feeding is done.

Real estate market is peculiar in Taiwan. A lot of resources are located to real estate industry, even though it is not a truly efficient segment of Taiwan economy. The man is holding a sign for a rather expensive real estate project nearby.
