By request I shall share the mod! (Also sorry it took a bit, I have been tired af recently so I didn't feel like looking for the mod name but-) It's called "Dynamic Surroundings".. the mod adds a bunch more sounds and visuals like realistic ambiance, like birds chirping in nature and echoey caves, it also, like I mentioned, has your player's stomach growl when hungry, and their heart beats when they take a lot of damage..!

You can clearly tell why I enjoy the mod sm tho... 👁👁

In order to use the mod, you gotta use a thing called CurseForge, idk how common that is among M/necraft modders but just so y'all know ✌🏽 this wasn't the only mod we used so it can work alongside other mods :] tho this is an older version of MC so there may or may not be a newer version of the mod available

Played modded M/necraft with a friend, and he added a mod that makes your player's stomach growl when their hunger bar is below half and,,,

Felt very normal about that..! We roleplay during games sometimes and I love getting to voice act Ricky's reaction to his belly rumbling and needing food... especially when my friends play into it 👁👁

Super crazy about video games that include stomach growls.. I play Sims 4 and have been playing Peak with friends and voice acting my OC, Ricky, for both (I made my Peak Scout look like him and I have a Ricky Sim) and I think I accidentally got a DLC or something for Sims that added stomach growls when hungry if they ARE hungry enough and I was like omg this changes everything 😭 I swore that was never there before and I'm so normal about it now, hard to hear over his bitching but just listen veeeeery closely

Ignore his reaction afterwards he was in a flirty mood.. guess he's into it too... 😭😅

The curse when you're a writer and have any kind of belly kink is like. A character's stomach growling is the most normal shit in the world but your brain will convince you it's weird as fuck and if you include it in your writing everyone's gonna clock you as being turned on by it immediately. Makes you incredibly self aware and way more careful than you need to be when writing anything relating to a character's stomach.

I love going into detail when writing, but I feel when I exaggerate and write out every bit of info on the noisyness and discomfort a character gets from a growling stomach I just feel like a FREAK 👹 RRRRGH.. like, I roleplay online, I have so many gluttonous characters.. I can't help it......
