AnotherTutorial: Using Get Famous exterior sets to complete the look of your towns!

If you’re anything like me you probably hate the empty space between lots when you’re trying to create a “main street” / “high street” look in your sim towns. So, today I bring you a solution: Get Famous sets!

Keep reading for the full tutorial :) I hope it helps! :)

1. Load the first lot and place one of the Get Famous Exterior sets. You will need to enable bb.movebjects in order to be able to place it slightly off the active lot.

2. Now load the second lot and do the same.

3. In order to complete the look, you will need to create a fake roof, using e.g. an enlarged coffee table.

4. Now repeat the operation on the back side, to “close” the building.

5. Repeat it in the first lot. Place some roof decorations to finish it. And voila!!

With some fussing around, I ended up redoing all of the textures & some subtle mesh editing to make it look the best it can!

I never seem to have enough swimsuits for my sims, so I made a bunch of new ones. Some of these are based on ones I saw online, and others use textures from EA dresses/tops that I thought would make nice swimsuits.

- custom shadow maps

- gold bar bikini top needs Jungle Adventure, the rest is base game compatible

- the last one has a custom specular file, it’s super glittery in game which doesn’t really show in the gif
