Just realised I didn't do a best of thing for last year, and I'm not really going to. But I can't leave last year without mentioning this: Max Richter - Sleep. It is composed with relaxing the mind enough to and stay sleep, an 8 hour long lullaby, in it's entirety it is something enchanting, something I've not felt before, it had input from neurologists and psychologists about how to approach sending someone to and keeping them asleep, which is someone that suffers hugely with insomnia, has been somewhat of a godsend for me, as it works profoundly. If you like ambience, or have sleeping problems and like to listen to relaxing music and sleep, you just hear this. I own the 1 hour version, but I'm buying the 8 hour version soon, I'll put them both on here when I have it. ☺ #maxrichter #sleep #lullaby #8hourslong #ambient #classical
