I'm currently doing exercises for pain in my neck/shoulder/collarbones because of years of playing an instrument which I'm not even that dedicated to (a tiny bit of poor posture I couldn't find a proper fix for, but accumulated over many, many years).

I'm so curious if anyone has any specific instances of injury/pain from doing music because it's almost NEVER talked about unless you're an actual musician at a course or a long rehearsal lmao
