With a bang, the door to the saloon slams open. For a moment, the hollering and music and roars for more ale quiet. A pearlcatcher swaggers in, a grin on her face, a fierce scar covering one eye, her pearl in a sling over her shoulder. She slams a sack of gold down on the bar: it’s so overfull that coins slip through the seams.

"ALL RIGHT, MERCENARIES," she roars. She grabs someone else’s drink and downs it in one gulp. "You know there’s a war on! You’ve heard ‘do it for glory,’ and ‘do it for honor,’ and ‘do it for the tricksy god of thieves!’ But you and I, we know what REALLY makes the world go ‘round, wouldn’t you say?"

She grabs a coin and hurls it into the air, where it flashes in the careening lamplight. When she catches it, she shows the room the side it landed on: a shining ruin. One of Lightweaver’s dubloons, then.

"I’ve got gold, and you’ve got swords! Let’s make us an arrangement!"

can I just say that shaming people or telling them that they shouldn't be sensitive about things (EVEN IF YOU THINK THEY ARE SILLY - I SURE THINK SOME THINGS ARE SILLY) is annoying and it doesn't do anything good.

Hi there. I just wanted to make a little push for my followers to consider supporting the Light Flight in the upcoming dominance battle!

The Light Flight is an amazing, warm, thoughtful, and respectful group of people better than I could have hoped to find. They are generous not just with giveaways (though that is also true), but with their time and their compassion.

oh my god this push cant happen fast enough my lair is full to bursting because i’m still hosting someone’s breeding pair and their babies for light eyes and I don’t have 215k for my next expansion and I have 3 more eggs due soon andi just adopted another magenta/carribbean iridescent/smoke project imp and *faints*
