"Morgan... I just thought I would tell you something really special... I'm pregnant. With you...!" She smiled, rubbing her ever-so-slightly swelling abdomen.

Morgan seemed excited at first, at the kind of news his mother would bring, although the boy froze completely when Elysia elaborated, then tilted his head. Pregnant with… him?

"… Really?!" He jolted up suddenly, reaching for one of her hands excitedly, preferably not the one currently occupied with rubbing her belly. "W-..wow! Wow! I don’t know what to say!"

Needless to say, the aspiring tactician seemed very excited. “It’ll be like having a super younger twin! Uh… does that even make sense?”

"Your name is Morgan, right? Mother Elysia's son?"

"Yeah, that’s me!" Morgan replied enthusiastically at the stranger, then blinked once.

Then twice.

"Wait… Mother Elysia?” He started bouncing from one foot to the other. “I have a brother? Cool! What’s your name? Where are you from?”

When did he get a brother? Had his Mother taken him in? Had something happened that he was not aware of? Oooh, all the questions he had!

*He lifted his robe up a bit, like a woman with a skirt and felt at the trunk, before latching onto a hole and finding his way up. He seemed to have done so before, even in his cloak he managed to find his way up.*

"Can you catch a few? I’ve been up here before, it’s hard to get down if you’re carrying them. Usually I set up some cloths at the ground so they don’t bruise."

"Ah.. alright! I'll catch them." Morgan prepared to do so, shifting a little, then removing his cloak and spreading it out between his hands so it could act as a sort of basket. It seemed Teal was used to climbing trees, which was great! Maybe they could go watch the sunset on the tree sometime or look for bugs!

"Be careful, okay!"

Robin listened with a warm smile on her lips, it sounded like quite the fun adventure! Not to mention that seeing her son so full of eagerness made her happy.

" My! It sounds like it would be quite beautiful to watch that." Hearing that both Tiki and Nowi had both spent some time with her son calmed her a bit, they were both very trusted friends and allies after all. They would have protected Morgan if something had happened, and made sure of that the young tactician took proper care of himself.

Focusing on the game proved to be a bit difficult for Robin, as she put most of her focus on the young prince, however she had been looking forward to this rematch as well, so she tried her best at it, knowing that Morgan was fully capable of wiping her out completely if she wasn’t careful.

" Oh, right! There was a certain young lady who was looking for you. ” her warm smile turned into a mischevious one, ” She said that she simply had to find you.”

"Maybe we should all go together if you and Father get some free time!" Morgan suggested as he moved the pieces, almost certain he had his Mother right where he wanted her in the game. Almost, he was sure within a few moves, he'd have her in a perfect trap-!

He paused his tales to stare at Robin as she mentioned someone looking for him, his eyes widening a little. "Uh-? Someone? Who? Tell me!" His cheeks flushed slightly, trying to focus on the game, but fumbling his positioning. Oh no- drat, he lost his advantage!

He had a long way to go if his Mother mentioning people distracted him! But he was so curious... and he wasn't sure why he felt eager to know.

"Mothe~r!" He whined, crossing his arms with a pout as he focused on the board to find a way to fix his muck up before he was steamrolled for it.

Robin couldn’t help but to giggle as well when Morgan pouted over the possibility that Cynthia might beat him to telling little Lucina about the Justice Cabal.

The brunette listened to her son with great interest as they had their match, almost losing focus on the match itself as she was so focused on what Morgan was saying.

It was really nice to have him home, even if only for a visit.

Morgan almost got carried away by his storytelling, but continued to play the game with vigor as he told of his tales to Robin, his eyes glinting with mischief and eagerness.

"And then when I reached this village they seemed to have this huge party going on, Mother! Lights everywhere and they had a giant Naga made of this weird paper...!" He narrated eagerly of his time in Cho'sin, his travels of Plegia, his stay in Roseanne, the winter of Ferox, and what he had experienced while he was away. Sometimes, his stories included other people he had seen along the way, of those who had fought on their side against the fell Dragon. He seemed to have spent some time with Lady Tiki, at least, as well as joining Nowi on her travels now and again.

Even so, he tried to also keep some focus on the game they played, as he had been looking forward for a rematch with his mother!

" If you don’t, I think Cynthia will beat you to it. " Robin chuckled as well, as if she could imagine Morgan and Cynthia making a tag team to tell the young Lucina about the Justice Cabal.

Once she had handed the gift over, the brunette nodded and offered her son a soft smile. " Absolutely. However rare and valuable it is, your life is much more valuable and precious, Morgan."

As he got excited, Robin couldn’t help but to giggle at his enthusiasm, she found it most adorable, though perhaps she was being a bit of a doting mother.

" I hope she does, Morgan. I hope she does. " The soft smile was then replaced with a mischievous grin. " Well then, do you feel ready for some chess? I’d love to listen to stories about your travels as we play! "

Morgan gave Robin a slight pouting frown. He wanted to be the one to teach her about that! "Oh no, she won't!" He puffed his cheeks as he said this, then giggled a little at his own actions. How silly!

Keeping the tome hugged to him, the boy allowed himself a big smile, appreciating the gift greatly, and it took him a bit of time to finally let it go enough to put it away in the folds of his robe, similar to that his own Mother wore. He nodded eagerly, hoping Naga would continue to bless him with good luck as she had blessed him with a good family.

His eyes lit up like Ylisstol at nighttime at her suggestion for the game. He had been looking forward to this! "Yes! Lets play, Mother! Oh, I have a lot of stories for you, too! Since you shared yours and all." He started to babble a little, his feet swinging slightly in his seat, sort of. He was too tall now for his legs to dangle, but he could imitate the effect.

"She didn’t talk, she just sort of… I don’t know what it was. I felt warm for a second, like I was stepping out of my tent in the summer. Then, it was just… Over."

"Oh- yeah, sorry! I guess I used the wrong words, hahaha..." Morgan muttered, a bit shy and embarassed to have made such mistake. "Naga's presence is really nice!"

The tree was within sight now, and he eagerly led Teal on to it. "Here we are!" He exclaimed, pointing to the fruit up the tree. "Any good with climbing?"

"That tree? I’ve been there, it’s how I lived in the spring. Sure, let’s get a snack. And, thank you for letting me pray with you. I didn’t get an answer, but I got a… I don’t know, a warm sort of feeling from that prayer. Naga really does speak to mortals."

"Alright!" Morgan said as he offered his hand to lead, even if, apparently, Teal had already been there. "Lets get going, then!"

He'd grip at the other boy regardless if Teal took his hand or not, trying to lead him off as he talked. 

"No problem! I'm glad Naga talked to you! She must be so busy, talking to everyone!" He was surely surprised. The divine dragon must have a lot on her plate, after all. It was the good kind of surprise, though.

" I’m sure he’d like that alot." Robin offered a soft smile, " I think little Lucina would love that as well."

The princess of this time was still very young, but she was a energetic and happy child, as well as very innocent, given that she never had to experience the same things as the Lucina from the future had.

Suddenly, Robin let out a small ‘Oh!’ " I almost forgot…your father and I have a gift for you! " the brunette stood up and walked over to one of the bookshelves, taking out a light blue tome, " From the view of a tactician, I trust your abilities and skill very well Morgan, but as a mother…I worry." The queen walked back to the table and offered the tome torwards her time and dimension travelling son, it was clearly a ‘Book of Naga’.

" So I want you to have this.. for your own protection."

Morgan nodded quietly, then smiled. It would be great to add two more 'great warriors' to their justice troop, for sure! "That would be nice. I think I need to introduce Lucina to the Justice Cabal first!"

He chuckled to himself, imagining the silly games they could play. He had not spent enough time with his younger sister. Then again, one could never spend enough time with the energetic princess. She was... delightful to be with, it was always fun.

"... Huh? You do?" Puzzled, he tilted his head, watching as his Mother moved away a little, grabbed a tome, and returned. His face turned serious as he realized just what she was bringing to him, and why she was bringing it, but he accepted it graciously none the less. 

"... Are you sure?" He asked as he traced the tome's edge with his finger, looking to his Mother and back to the precious item. "It's a powerful tome... and rare."

"Still..." He smiled, hugging the item affectionately as he looked back to Robin. "This is awesome! I never held this one before... I'll take good care of it! And make sure to use it so it takes care of me too." He smiled a little. "It's like Naga will watch over me more now."
