Considering the possibility of Nora having Ocular Albinism; a type of albinism that only affects the melanin in the eyes.

Her eyes are very reminiscent of the eyes of animals with albinism. Even the pupils themselves are pink and not dark like other characters'

(Her pupils also seem to constrict more than the other characters' which could imply light sensitivity)
