hc: Goultard seems to be someone who is stone faced when feeling negatively (and he is to an extent!!) but when he gets emotional he gets EMOTIONAL.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Dally seems to be the emotional type but when put in situations where'd you'd expect him to lash out or bawl he goes stone faced/numb. Like you'll be like "bro why so calm???" and he'll turn slowly and look at you like this 💔
YES YES YES YES YES make tristepin lock in if he has to be seriously sad, angry or distressed. You'll never catch him crying in front of people that aren't his super duper close ones

HC time: When Joris was really little he’d sometimes have weird dreams where he was flying around as a big awesome dragon, but then he’d drop down on some innocent village and start killing people and burning shit to the ground.
When he woke up he’d go to Kerub for comfort, who had absolutely 0 intention of explaining that he wasn’t having a bad dream, he was having a memory
I'm a big big big fan of joris didn't suddenly start hiding things from kerubim, no he was ALWAYS like that. Unless he physically couldn't, he would spill a thing
His natural bitch face helped him but he worked his ass off to get a pokerface, he is NOT telling kerubim any of his worries, any of his intrusive thoughts nor his nightmares
He'll tweak if he accidentally spills
