"merry christmas, mommy." helena would never lose the name for selina, even if most parents children surpassed calling their mother's anything but mom by fourth grade. she had a natural sweetness melting in her core, like melting candy. always soft, always sweet, could harden in the wrong level of environment.
but without a reason, she was always sugary. of course, she'd keep the name. especially, when she valued her mother. which was something a lot of children lacked or wasn't fortunate enough to have in their relationships with their parents.
helena's tanned hands held out a black box towards @catlucked, wrapped in gold paper with a red bow on top. there was a necklace.. two necklaces inside. both were silver, one has a cat with the letter 'S' in cursive attached and the second was a kitten with the letter 'H' in cursive. shiny silvery and purply stones adorning both the letters and the cat figures, the goal to symbolize their mother and daughter relationship.
