I love the way you write for Kaz! :D The hints back to his book canon character development that shines through every now and again despite, yknow, obviously being pretty solidly Dirtyhands Kaz is super nice to see. I'm very, very curious to see where he'll go from here! but yes all the kudos to you!!

For a long while, Kaz stays silent. He finds himself glancing towards his gloved hands, unable to find a proper thing to say as his grip on his cane grows tighter.
It doesn’t take much longer for Kaz to scoff and turn on his heel, quickly making his way off to someplace else. He doesn’t know where, but he doesn’t want to stir in those thoughts for much longer.
He knows.
