It doesn’t matter what world it is.
The Maverick’s disconnect from reality makes most things pointless. He can’t differentiate enough to care what’s in front of him and what he’s only seeing in his mind. Trying only makes his head hurt.
...except for when he turns starving eyes on a target. In that moment there is clarity, the predator and its next meal. He doesn’t hesitate to try and sink his teeth into whatever poor reploid has gotten in his path.

Puppy Love (Closed @ferineblake)
Yang could only hang out so long by herself. While even she enjoyed some quiet time - like she had been having lounging in the school courtyard - she also craved attention. Especially attention from her feline partner, Blake. her tail thumped against the ground just thinking about her, floppy canine ears perking up. Yep, it was definitely time to head back to the dorm room. Stilling her tail, Yang stood and slung her bag over her shoulder, jogging across the expanse before reaching the dorm building.
Heading upstairs, she slid her card into the lock on the door, opening it up before slowly peeking her head in. Ruby and Weiss were nowhere to be seen - as usual - but Blake was in her usual spot, curled up on her bed with a good book. Yang's eyes brightened as she walked over to their bunkbed, slinging her bag up onto her own bunk before joining Blake on hers, making the bed bounce as she thudded onto the surface.
Crawling up next to the other girl, she actually seemed content to simply watch her for a little bit, before her patience ran its course. Reaching out, she placed her hand behind one of Blake's feline wars and began scritching, knowing full well that Blake loved ear scratches just as much as she herself did.
"Blake. Blake, hey. What're you reading?" She scooched until she was propped up on the headboard next to her partner, still scritching at her ears.
