Rage Ritual Retreat BFG's
This week, I was watching a YouTube video about these two women wellness coaches created a retreat called a Rage Ritual Retreat. For the low, low price of only $4,000, the drag these women into the woods and then bring them outside, make them collect sticks, and then while beating the sticks against the ground, primally screaming as loud as they can as long as they can. I used to have a job that…

Ethereum Options Market Indicates Bullish Sentiment with $4000 Strike Concentration
According to Deribit, the largest cluster of call options on Ethereum (ETH) with a June 2024 expiry date is centered around a $4000 strike price. Luke Strayers, the commercial director of the cryptocurrency derivatives platform, shared charts with The Block, documenting these findings. "Deribit data shows that the $4000 mark has become the largest for both the June and September expiration periods. We currently do not have tradable May expiry dates. Regarding Ether, we can only look at June and April," said Strayers. The concentration at the $4000 strike price suggests that market participants anticipate the price of the ETH cryptocurrency to rise above this level by the options expiry date. Experts believe this could be a precursor to potential price growth in the coming months. Analysts find it noteworthy that the concentration of Ethereum call options at the $4000 strike price comes immediately after the potential approval date of a spot ETF Ethereum in late May of this year. The deadline for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to make a final decision on the applications submitted by asset managers VanEck and Ark/21Shares is set for May 23. "Traders are adjusting their Ethereum options contracts in light of this date," said Jag Kuner, head of derivatives at Bitfinex, to The Block. However, Strayers stated that it is still too early to conclude whether traders are indeed expecting ETH price increases. "The June deviation is higher than April's. This indicates that calls are relatively more expensive, but it's difficult to attribute this to ETF news or expected correlation after the Bitcoin halving," he added. As of February 9, 2024, the price of Ethereum was $2510, with a market capitalization reaching $301.69 billion. Read the full article

Nigerian government to impose a fine of $4000 on overstaying foreigners
Nigerian government to impose a fine of $4000 on overstaying foreigners The federal government has introduced strict punitive measures against foreigners who overstay their visa approved days in the country. Depending on the number of days, foreigners who breach visa deadline may pay from $200 (N72, 000) to $4000 (N1.8million) as sanctions for attempting to beat the system. Inside Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) sources confirmed to THISDAY that this policy has been implemented by the Ministry of Interiors, which also expects to generate huge revenues for the federal government. For effective implementation of the policy, the federal government has ceded to Concec Limited the concession to generate money from this policy and since the implementation, as approved, foreigners travelling outside the country and those still staying have paid to legalize their stay in Nigeria. “This policy has been implemented and it is not a secret. It is even on the notice for everyone to see. But Nigerian Immigration Service is not directly in charge; a company known as Concec Services Limited is in charge, though it is under Immigration. So this is punitive measure but if you wish to regularise your stay you pay for it. It is stated in clear terms,” Immigration official said. So government through the Ministry of Interior is using this new regime to monitor the movement of foreigners, but the new policy does not involve visitors from ECOWAS nations. A document recently signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior and made available to newsmen indicated that a foreigner would be adjudged to have overstayed in the country if he exceeded the number of days approved for him in the visa he obtained from Nigeria. The document, which was obtained from the Ministry, indicated that a Non-ECOWAS visitor who intended to stay in Nigeria for a period exceeding 56 days, but not beyond 90 days aggregate would be sanctioned with a fine of $200 or the naira equivalent. For a Non-ECOWAS visitor who stayed in Nigeria beyond 90 days, but not exceeding 180 days aggregate would be sanctioned with the sum of $1000 or its naira equivalent. Besides, any Non-ECOWAS visitor who intended to stay in Nigeria or who stayed for a period exceeding 180 days, but not beyond 365 days aggregate in the country would pay to the government the sum of $2000 or its equivalent. Also, any Non-ECOWAS visitor who overstayed in the country without authorization or regularisation would pay penalty equivalent of $4000. An informed source has revealed that several foreigners, especially from China, Malaysia and Indonesia, had been sanctioned by the government for violating the orders. Read the full article
