Honestly he didn't deserve their empathy. These women are better people than I am.
with the manosphere expanding to include queer men (The Straight Acting Brotherhood, for example) I just have this to say to my fellow queer and trans men:
What is a MRA?
I saw it on your last post and I'm curious what does the term mean? Is it a good term or problematic?
It stands for Men's Right's Activist.
It's a term for a member of an anti-feminist group (generally known as Men's Rights Activists) that firmly believes men are oppressed through misandry (and oppressed by women in particular through feminism!).
It's an okay term for the group, I guess. It's akin to "White Rights"-Like, it's bigoted, obviously but it makes sense for what it's describing.
self proclaimed mra in the big 2025 is crazy 😭🙏
Men deserve equality too.
I wish I was good enough at words to explain how any gender-based oppression MRAs claim they face is actually the result of living under a patriarchal system
it truly is hilarious when MRA's speak about men's rights like motherfucker who is that.
Men are the standard, being a man is the norm, masculinity is the expectation and deviation away from masculinity is noticed. The "basic" person for the majority of people is a man.
there are no rights to be gained, there are no rights that men do not have
speaking about "mens rights" is saying that are in any way shape or form like women, as if the oppression women face is comparable to the experience of being men
