Some things for default timeskip/stargaze Mona that I know for sure:
In her "main" verse, she's only a doctoral candidate. Her work is meant to go towards her dissertation, but it's easier to just let people call her a doctor already rather than correct them over and over. By the time stargaze rolls around, she's officially a doctor with a PhD, has even more work and funding. It's a bit more common to see her accompanied in her travels with a guard/guards, students or assistants, and vehicles rather than alone and on foot.
That being said, she's a touch more reserved and professional by default. Her speech is more formal, she tries to reign in her mutterings and out-loud thinking (and accent). She is still kind and caring, but she's busier than ever before.
Mona no longer runs a clinic. No matter what, the main plant she takes care of that the town the clinic is in depends on dies. It is old and suffering, there's little she can do eventually but palliative care. Once it dies, since the town is run by the plant-worshipping religious sect, Mona is cast out and exiled. It is recorded in her official notes, and is not a derogatory mark against her dissertation due to the discoveries she makes during her time there. She moves on to other plants.
I wouldn't say she's a household name, but she is much more known in general. She is either loved and respected, or hated and threatened, depending on her results in the various towns.

They mention that there is no plant robberies for two years in Ep 1 but that is a bit surprising to me. Was it only Knives influencing the theft of plants?? With how valuable they are, I wouldn't be shocked if there are small bands that attempt to steal them for money or resources. Or maybe they just meant the big, scary, town-leveling ones? Not sure, the wording was interesting is all. Anyway—
She has more scars, finds herself in trouble more now that Julai is gone. I can't imagine there being no repercussions economy and resource-wise. Julai had the most water producing plants on the planet, all gone either taken with Conrad or killed in the explosion. Her convoy's are commonly attacked or trailed, with or without a plant in tow. She's more adept with her gun and uses it, but only out of preservation for both herself and whoever may be with her. She also wears it more openly (and might get a second one, I haven't decided yet). Mona's no longer shy and unknowing about wielding a weapon. Not an amazing, insane gunslinger, but can shoot.

Weaknesses first since he doesn’t have many:
-cut off his supply to venom while also being stronger than he is, or having life saving tools like the ones in batman’s utility belt
-just. be a child. or someone he thinks is truly innocent.
-honestly he’s human and although he has a high resistance to them, like REAL high cause he’s used to chemicals running through his body, just fuckin use as much knock out gas or darts that are needed to bring him down.
-when in doubt, aim for the balls.
ROGUES HE RESPECTS:
Talia al Ghul- Even without my verse with @belovedbrxnette where they’re actually together, Bane holds Talia with the highest regard, and thinks she’s much stronger and smarter than her father. He will always be in love with her due to the way she commands herself, and has and would again gladly work on her side.
Riddler- At first, Bane thought that he was just some idiot spouting nonsense, and even tried to get him killed with venom injections. But then he got to know about how smart Ed really was, and now holds a high respect for him due to the way they can engage in a battle of wits.
Penguin- Mun doesn’t know much about Penguin other than Gotham and a few comics, but Bane does like the aspect of rising from nothing to claim power and able to hold it so well. He would rather do business with Penguin than to destroy him.
Mr. Freeze- I mean. What rogues DOESN’T respect him???? He’s literally just a good hearted man that wants to revive his wife and got screwed over okay !! Bane would never target him and would definitely be on his side if ever they worked together
Sirens- What can I say, Bane just likes women that can kick his ass and Selina, Ivy, and Harley are each extremely strong and resilient. He respects all of them.
Mad Hatter- Bane respects anyone that is so well read! And they can talk about Alice in Wonderland all day, not to mention mind control is such a nice art and must take a genius to pull it off so well.
ROGUES HE HATES:
Ra’s al Ghul- He backed out of letting him marry Talia, and Bane even devotes a whole ass section of his life just to hunting down lazarus pits in order to spite him.
Joker- For being the nemesis of Batman he sure is just a pathetic man in Bane’s eyes. He’s so scrawny and his whole shtick is telling bad jokes? Bane does not like him, not to mention he claims that Gotham is his and he’ll be damned again if he lets a clown have the city.
Scarecrow- Fear is something that Bane thinks he completely rid himself of and he just isnt into the idea of a guy going around making people live out their fears so easily. He thinks it’s too easy and if Scarecrow really wanted to do some harm he’d bring in actual scenarios instead of hallucinations.
Two-Face- Bane has a bias towards anyone in the legal system. He hates them. And even if he isn’t in the court anymore, his whole ideals are based around judgement and Bane does not like that one bit. It doesn’t help Two-Face’s case that Harvey is so close to Bruce, who he knows to be Batman.
Killer Croc- Usually he respects someone who’s strong, but Croc wasn’t able to beat him in a fight so fuck this guy. He broke both his arms just to prove who the better fighter was.
Mona's sense of self-preservation — and prevalent lack thereof — comes up often and is joked about a lot, but let's do a bit of a dive into it.
Mona grew up quite poor, with a ever-working father, disabled mother, and two younger brothers. Essentially, a lot of autonomy and sense of care in herself went down the drain pretty quickly after Micah was born. Her mother's health truly plummeted with the birth of the youngest, Miles, and Mona went into full older sister (eldest daughter syndrome cough) mode. Who is she, if she can't help her mother? Her brothers? Hug her father on the rare times he's home and cheer him up after toiling in mines? Who else is going to hold Micah while Miles languishes in bed with their mother, both ill with no medication, lights constantly flickering along with the life of the town's plant?
By the age of six, somewhere, sometime there's something that clicks in her brain that cements her life into being not her own, but into the service — and deference — of others. It was never asked outright, but implied, when her mother asks her to fetch her water for her ever dry throat, to entertain her brothers because she is too tired. To go into town because the muscles in her legs are failing from their lack of use and nutrition. For a little while, she can fix what's wrong. She can hold her brothers, sit with her mom, make sure they all eat and laugh.
It isn't until the town's plant dies that things really begin to turn overtly unhealthy. Sitting there, watching it writhe and wither before her eyes, hearing the cascading prayers and cries of her neighbors behind her unknowingly snaps something in her brain. Her father dies in a mining accident as efforts increase to find an alternative energy. Her brothers, young and frail already, die of illness. Her mother's condition becomes permanent. She herself becomes sick for a time. They're forced to abandon her childhood home for good. It's a very turbulent handful of years between the ages of 6 to 11, from when her first brother is born until she and her mom arrive in December.
No more, she decides. No more do they suffer needlessly. Mona dives deep into schooling herself until she can reach a level acceptable to the standardized education system of a major city. Earning money where she can, stealing if necessary, to provide for her mom and to keep herself from starving.
She has effectively removed her own well being and self-care from any possible equation, except for the obvious staying alive, which at times is a shaky foundation at best. Everything falls apart when she does nothing, but there's a sense of control in attempting everything, anything. Grasping for anything to help at all. It's why she seeks out fixing plants, to prevent more of what happened to her. It's why she seeks out people, to keep others from the same fate as her family, withering away because the world is not made for the plant-less and suffering.
Her own needs are last on the list. Not even second, more like fourth or fifth in priority. It's why she ends up hurt often, in the path of danger and putting her life at enormous risk. She's never really processed her grief properly, and those who actively seek out her company will need to be understanding of that fact, but not necessarily accepting. Supportive, but not enabling of the behavior further once they really know why she is the way that she is, and force her to put herself back into the equation.
TLDR; a lot happened to her in childhood, and instead of processing she buries it with acts of service to any and all others, even to the detriment of herself. The need to feel of use trumps herself in all instances. Someone please stop her lmao
Despite her grief, Therosa actually does quite well around children for the most part. She has great respect for them, even if her tone or demeanor might cause one to think she doesn't care all that much. They will be spoken to as equals, be shown patience and grace, and overall good will.
However, she does stray from attachment to children. Often she will not call them by name despite knowing it unless necessary, coming up with nicknames or referring to them as 'little witch' in the case of other witches' apprentices. And physical contact is a hard line unless the situation calls for it, such as them being in physical danger, during which she falls into being quite protective.
