Why Did I Follow Them?: ok but for real, Nova made InuY.asha when I asked/pressured them to on the dash and holy crap am I glad that I did! nova is the sweetest person and they’re super into their muse, able to write them to the extent of me actually hearing richard cox in their replies.

Do We Role Play?: We sure do! I think that Inuya.sha has near-killed Sessho.maru in our current threads. As far as I know, he’s still kicking, but lmao for how long you feel? All he gotta do is swing that sword one more time and my boy is DOWN FOR THE COUNT.

An AU Idea For Our Muses: ui’d love an au where Inuyas.ha used the jewel in order to become a full-fledged demon. Sesshomaru would have no choice but to accept Inu as the sword’s rightful owner, as well as having no reason to hate his halfling blood. If anything, the two could work alongside each other to conquer pretty much all of feudal japan. Another idea is that a piece of Kanna’s mirror causes Sesshomar.u’s demonic powers to become absorbed into it, forcing him into a human, powerless state. In this state, he must rely on his meager physical strength and Inu’s/his companions for protection. As well as to protect Rin.

     And do you know, I had never thought of him as human until then? A weakling thriving off of the taste of our father’s demonic bloodline. A mere tick that drained the life out of a legacy, cast into shame by the existence of that nuisance of a mother. But not human. No, not ever.

He would have broken long before, body bent and misshapen by my claws. His will would have been tarnished, his heart claimed by greed. For that is what humans are. Manifestations of disfigurement that thrive within their boughs. Envious thieves who cling to the notion that all material gains are justifiably indebted to them anywhere they look.

My brother was not human to me. But he was destroyed by one. A priestess with a bow that  had shot him through the heart in a time when we needed him most. When great jaguars had come down from their mountain homes to threaten and dismember our kin. He remained in silence, dead and yet alive, as forsaken and disgraced as he could possibly be. He, like our father before him, felled by his idiotic love for a human girl.

He was who could and would never be mortal. Never so easily felled by something as stupid as a sword. Not unless it was made specifically to slay him. Not when he wielded the fang of our father, the Tessaiga, which could kill over a hundred demons in a single blow. Not when his eyes glowed with rage and his blood transformed. Not when his soul was gone and he was but a murderous monster set into his genocidal fury.

But his hair. It is black, and his ears are gone. My being almost aches in retaliation to this truth. That even for one day he may be so vulnerable. That my father could be so hateful. So spiteful. To create a being that must experience terror to survive. Something so pathetic and pitiable that killing it is only mercy. And I should be the one to slay him. To see his body bleed that tainted blood upon the ground. To take off his knees so that he may crawl and beg and plead. That ignorant half-breed that would lie so openly in the face of those above him.

When I look into the eyes of that toddler, my pet, that trusting mortal girl. I understand. I know, I have been wrong. For you see? My brother,  he is human to me now.

And I fear the disease contagious.

Never did? “No... That’s... That’s not true...” A had confessed without hesitation in her voice. In fact, she passionately kissed him for emphasis. Ever since then, the two had exchanged their love in many different ways... Until everything developed into a concoction of pent-up anger and philophobia.

“Were you that desperate for someone to love you?” 

In fairness, Keiji wanted nothing more than to feel appreciated for his existence and for someone to maybe reciprocate his feelings for the girl. 

“You’re just shutting me out again!”

And it was true, no doubt about it. 

“No wonder your parents have given up on you.”

That crossed the line. Something inside him switched gears the opposite direction, fulfilling the boy with hatred, regret and guilt. 

“You know what Alina,,, You should’ve have left me a long time ago. I would have given up on myself, too.” Pulling the promise ring off of his slender finger, Keiji smiled his best. The best smile that meant, “Thank you for nothing. See you never.”

The sky is a pretty sienna today, hummed Keiji, I wonder what mom’s cooki--

“--Meow.” 

Keiji lowered his head, finding a black cat approaching him. Chortling to himself, he scratched its ear. “You look like Kuroo-san, neko-san.”

As if said Kuroo heard him, the thunder roared. Sighing, the brunet opened his bag and made room for the feline. 

“Hope you aren’t claustrophobic.”
