game of thrones houses?

despite my avid game of throne watching, this was actually pretty hard. no way i could fit in everyone, so have some general thoughts.

lannister - i’m going to have to go with audrey and aaron on this one, because they’re jaime and cersei minus the twincest, hopefully. they’re rich as fuck, condescending and arrogant — do i even need to go on? the power duo. except they’ve been through some rough shit the past few seasons. some really, really rough shit.

tyrell - my fave of the fave houses. is anyone worthy of this? doubtful. @ me when there’s someone cunning, manipulative, and charming in an effort to meet their goals, because i’m not seeing any of that in the house right now.

stark - this is hard, because while the starks have golden hearts and noble intentions, they’re also fucking badass and know how to fight to defend what’s theirs or go after what they want, so i can’t put any of the crybabies in here. freya definitely gives me heavy stark vibes. throw sarima and moira in there, too, and i’m actually so here for this house. too bad they’ve been dropping like flies. as for boys … jesse and grayson give me serious stark brothers vibes. i’d like to see them going after they want a bit more aggressively a la robb stark style.

baratheon - these people have no problem being loud about how much they love fighting and life, and are extremely prone to getting angry quickly and aggressively, so i see kaiden in that. they’re also charismatic and able to charm others’ loyalties. despite someone saying something about that in regards to brandon in their interview, i just get fuckboy vibes still after all this time, so we’ll go ahead scratch that one the fuck out. some people are just not fit for the westeros universe. arabella also gives me serious baratheon vibes. maybe it’s because she loves some good food, good sex, and good drinks, just like robert. get it, girl. how long before she’s murdered by a boar? bad way to go.

targaryen - this is the definition of determination and going after what you want through thick and thin in the face of hardship, even if it means making extreme sacrifices — didn’t scarlett have something go down with her parents and have to rebel against her own family to go after what she wanted when coming to prove? daenerys literally melted her brother. if scarlett is our new khaleesi, i’m here for it. she’s got the hair game strong enough to have me convinced. let’s seek if she can keep that same badass, take-no-shit attitude when rising up to fame — daenerys isn’t stopping at anything, so neither should she.

no, and quite frankly, i find it pathetic. i want to see delta/aaron. i want to see jesse show that he’s moved on and date someone like octavia. let’s get moira/freddie on the bandwagon as well. emilio and noemi would be interesting. just give me anything. it’s not unreasonable to ask for one fresh relationship around here, for fuck’s sake.

oh my god, agree. you know, i’ve never actually thought about this one, but i could get behind it 100%. it seems platonic for now, but i could see something blossoming there —- i think they’d work well together. avery’s ex and phoenix’s ex joining forces. petition to make this shit happen.
