here we go with another one of ‘ jacklynn noticed something and is having feelings ‘ post.

after they find out that jack was there when the 456 came before and that he was the one who HANDED OVER THE CHILDREN, originally, ianto approaches jack and they have this intense and awkward conversation about how ianto feels like jack is keeping things from him. but, there is one specific exchange that becomes oh so important: JACK: yeah? so tell me, what should i have done? IANTO: stood up to them. THE JACK I KNOW would have stood up to them so fast forward. let me take you to where the plan is being set in motion. ianto and jack ready their weapons behind where gwen and clem are sitting at the computer. they’re going to thames house. jack looks to ianto and: JACK: let’s go STAND UP TO THEM.  IANTO: yes, sir. it is no coincidence that jack uses the phrase ‘ stand up to them’ when talking to ianto and putting their plan into action, absolutely not. jack harkness is BEING THE MAN IANTO JONES KNOWS HE IS, he’s being that hero. he’s doing it for and because of ianto. using this phrase specifically? it’s an apology, it’s jack opening up to ianto, him using this specific phrase IS EVERYTHING.

psa. Jacob is NOT a jerk. He literally went out of his way to rescue the small dog of a woman he JUST met, and even escorted her through a slum, offering her his ARM to take hold of. If that screams jerk to you, then you need to re-evaluate the definition of the word. Sure, he likes to fight, but does that mean he’s going to be a jerk to random bystanders? No. He strikes me more as, if he doesn’t like you, he’ll let it be known, type of person, but NEVER the ‘I’m going to be a fucking prick to you because I can’ type of person. Ya’ll need to chiiilllll.

                      everyone wants to know that their followers have read their rules, so they put a password in their rules.  i’ve found a couple things faulty with the password. one being that people post it publicly, then others just simply copy and paste without actually reading your rules. however, the most significant one i have noticed is that many, many people get tremendous anxiety from it. having to approach people that they just aren’t ready to can be terrifying.                               an easy alternative that i have found that totally eliminates approaching anxiety is liking a post. taking an old post on your blog with no notes and transforming it to be “like this post to let me know you’ve read my rules!” just link it in the rules. it’ll make things easy for you as well, as it eliminates making a list and constantly updating it. protect those with anxiety and switch to liking a post, not a password.

I was looking for something zutara by lbr that’s how I spend my time, and I saw something that said that Mei and Zuko really loved each other. and I just want to understand where in the show the two characters actually show affection that wasn’t put in and forced by the writers and when that group got together. tell me Mei and Zuko weren’t just there to make a ‘happy ending’ and give an excuse for zutara not to happen. I know I’m a hardcore zutara shipper, but I just want to know. inform me. please.
