3 November 2019;; After years of no updating or cooking, finally got around to making this dish from a video game! Gautier Cheese Gratin is one of the most popular picks from Fire Emblem: Three Houses and it looks pretty appetising in-game.
Using the Chicken and Kabocha gratin recipe by minjastars on Twitter, we switched up some of the ingredients - swapping kabocha for pumpkin, adding more vegetables like broccoli – but I think it turned out quite well for a first attempt. It was quite hearty though, and the family aren’t really fans of cheese so we probably won’t retry this for a while... Really glad that it looked and tasted good!
