Why is it so weird to see bright colors in clothes??
Dye is a luxury only the very wealthy can/could afford. To bear bright, vibrant colors often meant to display your opulence to society at large.
Think of it as shouting off the edge of a mountain, announcing to all who might listen how much gold you hold in your purse--and then consider how long it might take for some wayward vagabond to stab you in the neck.
Your muse is really good! She's developed and I can even see bits and pieces of her that reminds me of my own and my roleplaying muse. I may be a new follower and everything, but I've seen how you have been roleplaying for a long time, and it was really good!
