Ever since the day the three of them had found out that they were soulmates, Sally had done her best to spend time with both Jack and Oogie, though it seemed nearly impossible to have them both together. She understood they had a rivalry, but it no longer just affected the two of them, it also affected her. Which was why she tried to have a day with each of them, alone.
“C’mon, Jack!” She nudged him gently with her arm, prodding him. “You need to take a break from preparing for next Halloween, and visiting the mortal realm is just the thing.” They’d been sitting on their hill, the red head doing her best to encourage the pumpkin king to take some time off with her. She’d already closed her shop for the day, and was eager to see the seasonal sights of the mortal realm. They all needed some sort of distraction from everything that was happening around them.
