“Ciel, you can’t get rid of him!” He grabbed his brother’s arm tightly as he pulled him back. “That’s my partner, his name is Amane..” — Astré
Ciel held a cross in his hand, unsure of really how else to dispel a ghost from this world but he'd be damned if he's going to let a creature from the world of the dead take his brother away from him.
Head tilts back, still clutching the silver cross in his hand with his eyes widened.
"You...Why would you pick a ghost!? Brother, he's dead! He's going to bring your soul to his side!"
Hanako found himself up against the wall, legs shaking to the point where he dropped to his knees. Amber eyes looked up in pure fear at Ciel, feeling his chest tighten even as he was dead.
Everything about Ciel, even down to his overprotective nature, reminded Hanako of everything he feared of Tsukasa. Ciel wasn't whatever Tsukasa was, be it a ghost or demon when they were both alive, but his energy and attempt to kill him had him staring up in fear at the older twin.
"Why are you dancing with the enemy!?"

Watching the servants pass by as they play in the nursery, toy soldiers in hand with their toys scattered all around, the heir can’t help but smirk wickedly as an idea hit. The servants seem busy today, maybe this would be their chance to do some exploring without being carried away.
“Brother, do you want to go upstairs? I hear there’s lots of old and fun things up there, like the Christmas decorations! Do you think we’ll find the gingerbread men we made from paper last year?”
Astre’s birthday is tomorrow and as usual, it’s the same feelings of dread every single year it’s his birthday since the incident.
Meanwhile, Ciel is excited to have so many gifts for himself! Safe to say the twins are coping in different ways.
The twins found their dad's pocket watch while they were playing in the garden. For the leave an object to my muse prompt.
Astre was cautious in chasing after his brother, knowing he had just gotten better from his recent cold and asthmatic fits. “Ciel, wait!” He calls out, a wheeze in his voice when he finally comes up to his twin, looking in awe of the familiar pocket watch.
“Is that...? Wow...It’s so shiny, did he drop it?” Of course it looked big to them, the twins still being quite short for their age as they stared in curiosity. He was just about to ask to look at it, when eyes widen towards his twin. “Ciel! We should bring this back to father, he must be looking for it.”
The older twin giggled excitedly, just where did this come from? He could only guess their father’s pocket watch must have fallen out when playing with Sebastian earlier. “I think so!” He pushes the button the way he often saw Tanaka open his watch, looking in awe at the fancy pocket watch. “Aw, but look, we can pretend we’re Tanaka with this! Why don’t we keep it for a little longer while we play?”
Surprises his babies with a blanket over him, “I AM THE GHOST OF THIS ROOM!! I WANT COOKIES!!”
“Oh no! You can’t have the cookies, Tanaka said they’re for us!” The older twin gasped, trying to ‘take down’ this ghost by hugging him. A childish little pout on his face while trying to hold back his own giggles.
Meanwhile, Astre squeaked and ran to hide behind the couch of the drawing room. “It’s a ghost!” He was rather young and naïve, truly thinking this was a real ghost instead of his father in a blanket. “Br-Brother! You have to beat the ghost! It’s scary!”
