Day 7 One week since I started! (although, I don’t weigh in until Sunday).  I went for a walk this morning, but suffered shin splints about 1km in, so I had to cut the walk short and only made about 2.5km today. But I tried, I got up out there and did it, pushed through the pain and I feel better knowing I did that rather than staying in bed! I also had to work today, but it was dead quiet. I did some pacing up and down the kitchen to keep moving. Once I got home I did my daily exercises! I was going to get on the vibration platform too, but my feet couldn’t handle much more. Hopefully tomorrow, though!! 

Breakfast: Nutri-Grain with Light Milk Lunch: / Dinner: 150ml Yoghurt with Mango Pieces Water Intake:  1.96L
