It’s been a while since Masaomi appeared in his life. Ichirou could never think someone would appear that would want to stay with him; and who would be so heartwarmingly loyal and sweet; sometimes even possessive. And though possessiveness wasn’t the best quality to have as a personal butler, Ichirou accepted it - loved it even.

And so, he decided that on one special day, his lover deserves a bit of his undivided attention. 

“Masaomi, change into casual clothes. I’m taking you out for a date. Oh, and... well, this didn’t come out right. Happy birthday, my beautiful.”

Masaomi blinked a few times, shocked by her reaction. Most women he flirted with either laughed at him or dismissed him completely, and some that he kissed would slap him. Now he had a beautiful woman in front of him who had not only acted flattered and slightly embarrassed, but also might potentially date him.

He quickly went back into his routine, not wanting to show his surprise. “Well, beautiful, are you free this weekend?” He leaned back against her desk and gently twirled strands of her hair between his fingers.
