I can’t change the countdown worth nothing. It’s acting more like some supernatural force than any sort of actual technical doohickery. 

The countdown’s going down, and judging by what happened last time once it’s down I won’t be able to reach that same connection again worth nothing. Not unless I guess we go about another 19 years of testing.

Don’t take no offense to this, but your dimension is a little strange. Almost self isolating. 

Don’t ask me how, but it wasn’t the ALEX device happening to connect to your dimension as much as your dimension somehow clinging up on the spot of the empty dimension the ALEX device here was originally connecting to.

So, we can’t fix this connection... but we can try to make a new one while we can still keep track of where your dimension is all at.

I know I probably already said this, but I’m glad I got to know y’all as friends this past time around. Much better to have what? over forty something friends than forty something strangers. Now that’d be one hell of a dinner get together to have.

Wouldn’t mind it though. It’s really nice actually being surrounded by people you can laugh and smile with like that.
