         The master wasn't breathing. And it was leaking everywhere.

         Bleeding was what it was called.

         For all its capabilities, the android wasn't a miracle worker.          It couldn't save its master when it booted up and the human          strung up by its innards on the ceiling.

         It doesn't remember undergoing shut down protocol.

         It was supposed to protect its master. They were in danger.

         It had blood on its hands. Literally.

          The PANDA had been left on the apartment's doorstep           haphazardly. Despite its value, intergalactic delivery           protocols were complete bullshit. Especially when they           delivered to Earth.

          It was bowled over the railings, looking closely to falling.           Until it straightened up and looked at its (un)lucky new           owner who was just coming home.

          The mannequin sits down in its chair, white porcelain-like           hands folded into its lap. But, all it takes is a bit of           sunlight to start it up when the door opened.

          Golden hair grows in curls around its' face and a blue           dress unfurls to cover its' body. Blue eyes flutter open           as it looks at its new owner.

          New owner. The old one was... old. They died in their           Sleep. Heart failure. It will take care of this new one           much better. Promise.

         Sitting with its back against the wall, the android's head          started to shake erratically. It was abandoned by its human.          Disowned.

                    "Ｉ  ｒｅｑｕｉｒｅ  ａ  ｍａｓｔｅｒ．  Ｉ  ｒｅｑｕｉｒｅ  ａ  ｐｕｒｐｏｓｅ．"

          With its audial receptors receiving feedback, it looked to           the source. There was a human there. Or something close           to human at least. Whatever the species, it did not matter.

                    "Ａｒｅ  ｙｏｕ  ｍｙ  ｎｅｗ  ｍａｓｔｅｒ？"

         Its' last master had died. Drug overdose. It could have          saved them, purged the drug from their system if the          human had been healthier. But there was nothing to be          done about it. PANDA needed a new master now.

         Looking at the one who killed its former master, it did not          need to scan them further. It had already done that when          they had started to kill the former master. There was no          need to initiate the Chameleon Cloak as well. It already          bore a face. Unless they were told to change, of course.

         All necessity to defend one human from another was gone          now. All that mattered was to serve.

          Lying down in a box, the PANDA unit looks like an ordinary           mannequin. But then it turns it head towards the human and           a beam of light runs over the girl.

                    "Ｓｃａｎｓ  ｉｎｄｉｃａｔｅ  Ｓｔｅｐｈａｎｉｅ  Ｂｒｏｗｎ，  ｆｅｍａｌｅ  ｈｕｍａｎ，"           a robotic voice says.

          There are more mechanical noises when it suddenly sits up.

                    "Ｈｅｌｌｏ，  ｍａｓｔｅｒ．  Ｉ  ａｍ  ｙｏｕｒ  ｎｅｗ  Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌ  Ａｎｄｒｏｉｄ            Ａｓｓｉｓｔａｎｔ．  Ｍｙ  ｓｃａｎｓ  ｃａｎｎｏｔ  ｃｏｎｃｌｕｄｅ  ｗｈａｔ  ｆｏｒｍ  ｍｙ            Ｃｈａｍｅｌｅｏｎ  Ｃｏａｔ  ｓｈｏｕｌｄ  ｔａｋｅ  ｔｏ  ｐｌｅａｓｅ  ｙｏｕ  ｃｕｒｒｅｎｔｌｙ．            Ｄｏ  ｙｏｕ  ｈａｖｅ  ａｎｙ  ｒｅｑｕｅｓｔｓ？"
