🥃 Mave, tell us about the worst paranormal job you've been called in for.
Let’s play a drinking game!
"For the sake of it being near-impossible to describe, I will spare you my attempts at trying." Not that it was the worst, per se, none of them were really more bad than the other. "I hope you find that answer adequate."

Of all your muses, who spends time making their living space feel like home, and who has just the bare essentials?
Maybe the first step to discovering out one's own personality would be to surround oneself in things that bring a positive connotation. Every little thing put up on the wall, hung on the fridge, placed in the drawers and on shelves, those are a combination of necessity and desire.
In the modern times where you could purchase a cake from the store, baking utensils aren't necessary unless one likes baking. Sewing and art supplies aren't important unless one likes making apparel and paintings.
Even the color of the bowls that one eats their cereal out of implies their aesthetics.
This all is to say... Mave is the most deliberate out of all of my muses that wants his home to look and feel like a home. It took more effort than most would think it did, but there is a kind of hoarding that comes with wanting a comfortable place to live.
Alternatively, Kane doesn't really bother with much. A God's tower is filled with every desire they could ever have, all the riches they could possibly have, every plush pillow and gold lined wardrobe, and the Wasteland God's... is surprisingly empty.
If you were ever able to explore it freely, there isn't furniture adorning the floors, no frames on the walls or art hung in decorum. While it's not empty, everything has use, even the library he continues to add to, the artifacts of the Old World and the memories of those long gone.
Even then, that room is locked away, hardly considered warm and cozy. His bedroom, the kitchen in which he cooks, even the throne room where he spends the majority of his time, most of it is simply... bare.
"You affect more people than you'll realize. For better or for worse, you won't be forgotten so easily."
alone, Psi, and Mave <:
oc asks: not-so-nice edition
alone: How does your OC deal with loneliness? Have they ever been completely alone before? How do they act when there's no one around to see them?
It's uncharacteristic how X's smile fades, a shadow over his eyes darkening his expression. "...I don't see how that's any of your business really." Like he'd talk about something that wasn't video games or gundams, or pranks. Being carefree and goofy was part of his charm.
Loneliness is best thwarted by company, by attracting people that didn't like talking about the hard stuff. By picking distractions over late nights staring at the ceiling, by playing poppy music to ward off the silence of no one around, by following a murderer from world to world to prevent more unnecessary deaths from occurring.
Letting the dark corners of the surrounding walls, buildings, people build in... No one wants to see someone who's so tired that even sleeping doesn't hide the way they've chosen to never let their friends be close, ever again.
"I've... never truly been alone before." It's an honest answer. "Even before I was given the company of the dead, I shared space with the two I developed from." Zain and MZ shared a network with him, it was their connection and clashing mixed with the vast empty web filled with quantum energy that allowed him to even come into being-- even if Mave hadn't been a person yet.
He frowns. "For that reason... I don't really know how I'd be if I couldn't interact with anyone. Even now, I can simply look outside my window and speak with those that haven't moved on. They seem to appreciate the company as much as I do, and..." His attention drifts to the spirit that was always at his side. "I don't mind them either."
Ganilla meme - 9 for Zain and Mave. Former for bullying purposes and the latter just because. :3c

9. Is your muse attracted to any features in particular?
Already answered! ^v^
Sure does! If you describe Cale, that's practically it lmao--
Appearance-wise, Mave doesn't really mind whether someone has inhuman traits, in fact he prefers them-- in life his crush had seamlines and eyes that could glow an unnatural green, and in death he's most certainly see-through, and that's when they met, actually.
As a vamploid, he's drawn to mechanical beings like himself, those that he can form a sort of symbiotic relationship with. Despite how MZ and Zain behave, its in their programming and the Zero-Virus subroutines to have thralls and partners-- they're a type of Robot Master that becomes a Nano Master instead, and they use that hierarchy of power to form a network web with themselves at the center.
(It's thanks to MZ that the network is so empty-- it has MZ himself, Zain, Mave, and Rock, no one else.)
As for personality... Mave likes someone who doesn't mind taking it slow. He used to not be a person, a blank slate, and would mimic others instead of developing himself and his own AI. Someone who's patient and willing to explain themselves and be communicative is extremely important to him.
They also have to be adventurous and willing to withstand all the weird things he does to learn the world around himself, lol.
8. Is your muse comfortable with, or proud of their body? Are they insecure? [[How about Zain and Mave]]
Vanilla Sunday Meme
Zain is... fine... with his physical appearance. He's fairly proud of his hair, and when looking in a mirror, doesn't see anything that truly bothers him. Sure, he's got a few scars-- but everyone has those.
...His body though, being a vamploid is something he is extremely uncomfortable with. He's aware he's not normal, and while if it was public knowledge and that some people would gladly offer themselves as food for him, he doesn't like it.
It's... also extremely personal for him. He doesn't like feeding, not including that when he's biting certain places on the neck, it allows him to hack into certain nodes to a reploid's processor that resides there. In other words-- he can hear your thoughts during those connections, and you can sometimes get a read on his during the process if you can get past the paralysis of being bitten (which is a secondary attack to a reploid's processor to keep them from fighting back. all reploids have this. Zain doesn't like it either).
Thankfully it's not the only way to eat-- he can just drink the nano-coolant mixture in other forms without biting someone, he just... still hates it. He used to not have to consume others to keep running-- it's a new thing and is a little too similar to someone he doesn't really like.
Mave on the other hand is extremely comfortable, both with himself and his functions. He's had plenty of time to understand himself, and change his appearance to something he considered to be 'Mave.'
The piercings, the hair, the fashion, they're nothing like Zain or MZ, and that's all he really was aiming to avoid.
Dolorifuge (Mave maybe?)
