Jax returned to the apartment after a late practice with the group only to see Jisoo cleaning which surprisingly he was used to now after the couple months they been living together. Naturally it was weird at first to have Jisoo living there but to have someone to come home to was nice change for him. Closing the door behind him as he kicked off his shoes and went to his room. 

“Hey, I’ll help with dinner after I shower, we had a more intense practice than usual. “ he spoke only to head to the room and grab sweat pants to than shower. Returning from the shower only to go to the kitchen and see what they have in the fridge.

“You want steak and eggs for dinner?”

"You know I meant it,right?” April chimed over her shoulder. She was in the middle of finishing a report that she’d been working on from home. The second she finished the last sentence she turned to look at Jax who was standing in the doorway. AJ could remember bringing up the transformation twice, and both had been fairly short conversations. She didn’t want this third one to turn into that.

“I get that it’s going to be painful, I’m not denying that at all.” AJ said coolly. “But I also know that I want to be with you for as long as I can, and if there’s a possibility that’s eternity than I want that. That’s what I’ve always wanted. ” She locked eyes with him and there was a silence that lingered between them. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it was enough to make her try and see it from another perspective. “Baby, if there’s some reason you don’t want me to be essentially immortal, just tell me.” Her tone switched to almost pleading, but it was still soft. “Yeah, it might sting a little bit but I can take it.”

“Now tell me -- why is it that every time I see you, you’re moping in the corner like someone kicked your puppy, huh?” 

Roxanne sidled over to sit next to the tall blonde, bumping him playfully with her arm before settling in. She hadn’t seen Jackson nearly as much as she would have liked, but she was hoping the bags under both of their eyes would be sufficient explanation for the distance between them recently. The curse breaker felt like she couldn’t do anything right when it came to Jackson anymore. She was always gone, always disappointing, always missing something.... what else was new?

“It’s good to see you unearth yourself from those books, though. Reckon I could learn a bloody thing or two about that, aye?”
