Skye would adopt a child who needed help. After being through that herself, she knows what it's like and doesn't want that for anyone. For example, Annie or Madeline. Both of whom are just as full of personality as Skye herself is.

Jemma would be more likely to adopt Cody Martin (Suite Life of Zack and Cody) or Alexis (Castle). Someone she could teach and mentor as well as help.
