Faceclaims: I almost never use faceclaims, and that makes me lower on the totem pole for some people. Some won't interact at all if you don't have faceclaims and I never... Understood that? Like, when you're reading a novel, you rarely have pictures to go alongside it. You base things off descriptions. I don't understand why not having faceclaims is such a polarizing topic in the RPC!

Shipping: There's nothing wrong with wanting to ship. There, I said it! There's nothing wrong with wanting to ship! If you want to make it your main prerogative, if you want to avoid it, if you're neutral to it entirely, all are fine opinions to have! Avoid forcing or trapping people to ship with you and you're fine in my book when it comes to ships.
Communication: Yall. The RPC SUCKS at communication. This is probably because so many of us have mental health struggles and some sense of neruodivergence but. But guys... Be so for real. If you want something out an rp, talk to your rp partner. If you want to ship. Talk to your rp partner. Hearing the word "no" or "i don't think that will work" isn't the end of the world! It's not a personal attack! It's just part of coummincation.

Heavily Stylized Carrds. I understand the appeal of aesthetics, and I even like some stylization, but. BUT. A lot of times, people don't take readability into account. Like, I don't know how many times I've had to hold my laptop inches from my face to read tiny or heavily stylized fonts!!
Please, please, please make sure, also, you're testing to make sure that the color of your font contrasts against the background well enough too!
