Now that I have finished the original LOTR trilogy, I present my top 5

5. Grandpa 1.0 - he smokes weed all day w/ the little ppl and is a shit wizard. Love him.

4. Ya girl, sword edition - I mean, she falls for every man she sees that isnt a) related to her or b) a very greasy evil man. But she gets the kill of the game and tops the sad man.

3. Orlando blond - he is fucking weird. That is it. He is a weirdo and I love him.

2. Gimli - he is amazing, he has a beard, he threw himself that one time. Tells his elf boyfriend that taking down a big ass elephant and its riders still only counts as 1 kill.

1. Sam - the goodest of good boys. The speeches, the rationing of food for the journey back, attempted murder on the rabies man, "I can't carry it for you but I can carry you." 😭 10/10 would die for him❤

      ( Ω ]--; "I dhúath ú-natha gellui." Rangers are those whom wander, serving no true authority and yet they did. They were like specters trawling the land whom moved swiftly and silently as shadows to deliver justice in ways those holding vigil upon palisades and in line donning beautifully smithed armor simply couldn't. And in this darkness, beneath expansive black and scintillating stars barely shining, this Ranger of the South sensed that he was not alone. Breath bated, fingers unconsciously caressing the hilt of the Dragon's Bane, the tongue of their kind would be swift to determine if friend or foe was afoot upon this fulsome eve.

    ( Ω ]--; "I will not lie--the stirrings of the dragon concern me, your Grace." Like a disturbance it falls upon his conscience with the weight of steel and stone upon the breast, brows furrowing with unpleasantness at such a notion to cross already beleaguered mind. Lips wax and wane at the very thought, and the brittle leaves, the waxen filaments of the spiders' holds--so very flammable. And a dragon could fly far, couldn't it?

    ( Ω ]--; There is a heady pause lingering within the air of the Mirkwood, as though the illusory prowess woven throughout the sickened boughs of its umbrage had somehow made home within the Elvin sanctuary. "Pray tell; you are well upon this evening, Your Majesty?" brokers introductory modulation that breaks forth from the pall of silence that so lingers throughout.
