He spent most of his time in Florence but needed a change of scenery. Therefore he found it may be beneficial to visit England even if only for a brief period of time. In that brief time, he had made  his mark, noticing the most commonly used undertaker was this Mortimer Graves. He noticed him while he was out and he was determined to watch him carefully.

              “Me and Ellie went trick or treating last night, but it was super chilly. I think I caught a cold.”

         Aha! He has found the perfect target to try out the great pick up line he heard the other day! Being the way he was, it was unlikely he knew just how old the line was, but that wouldn’t stop the man. Swinging his arm around the girl’s shoulder-- though he’d move it if she so wished-- he begins his piece. “You’ve got to feel my shirt! I think you’ll find it’s made of boyfriend material.”

          It was a fairly dark evening that had fallen over and left the bronze-haired man submerged in an inky blackness. Typically, he wouldn’t get so uneasy in such situations, but he couldn’t help but feel a familiar sense of dread. Oh god, it was her, wasn’t it?

          “You can stop following me now. I know you’re there and I’m not in the mood for you to find a way to scare me.”

           “Y’know, I don’t think you need alcohol to actually enjoy being drunk. One time I ordered apple juice at a bar and the next day I woke up in the trunk of someone’s car. Maybe that’s just my personality though.” Now that Mortimer actually recalled the event, that might have just been a kidnapping attempt.

          God, his date was already a good twenty minutes late. Was he really being stood up? The man sinks to let his chin rest on the table, idly playing with the salt and pepper shakers on the shoulder. He’s about to get up and leave only for the man to plop down across from him, rattling the table and practically sending every thing flying.

         “Oh, you’re here. I thought you weren’t going to show... or at least tell me you couldn’t make it.” His date doesn’t seem particularly happy about the last comment, sending a glare to promptly make Mortimer shut up. Boy, this was going to be a long date.

             Mortimer was as pleased as can be to see Brody, a smile musing on his lips. Hoping he wouldn’t mind too much, the bronze-haired man slides over, leaning down to land a quick, somewhat messy kiss before pulling away.
