Neuvi tends to be rather pleased when he has a chance to talk to others, this even more so when he doesn't often get those kind of interactions outside of a select few. If it's topics outside of his work and all that entails, he often offers his full input regardless of what said topic may be. You could ask him something deep and profound, or you could ask him what he thought about the red velvet cake at the new cafe and get an equally well-thought out, serious answer all the same. Not many up and approach him like this due to his position, but in actuality, he would rather enjoy a nice back and forth with someone if he has the time.
