Vi looks incredibly entertained by the distressed look on Jon's face. Of course there's no wind down here, even if her hair whipping around her gives the illusion of such. Despite them being in the basement, the sound of rain pounds against the walls, hard and demanding. She lets him struggle for a few more moments before allowing him to breathe again, and she clicks her tongue.
