It seems they are having the same revelation at the same time, Martin's eyes wide as he looks between the door and Jon. That is definitely Sasha...and that is definitely Tim, and he feels his heart sink down into his stomach. If they're alive, then...

"...It seems that's exactly what's going on. J-Jon...Jon, what do we do?" he stutters out, his hands nervously twisting around each other. His heart is racing in his chest, thoughts going a million miles a minute. But how? Jonah couldn't possibly still be alive. Jon killed him. Martin saw it. They both saw it, didn't they? They were supposed to go somewhere else, somewhere this didn't all happen, so why..?

He groans, dragging his hands down his face as he sits down across from Jon, frowning. "I-I don't know how we're supposed to...to start over...knowing what we know now? What's the point of it?"

      Yᴏᴜ ᴋɴᴏᴡ, now that it comes to mind, it's been an awfully long time of quiet. It would be a shame if someone would kidnap the Archivist again. A downright dramatic turn of events. Not to say a tragedy. Maybe they need to downsize the staff again, too, there's just too many people clearly if there's time left in the work day to think about something like that —

        She is a strange sight, a visage of serenity running alongside the act of brutality. The godling stands quarter-turned to partially obscure the vista of an arguably reprehensible act, and stares back at him with a stern expression. Would he care to know or understand her justification? Perhaps, that’s already been answered. She feels a strange thrum in her veins, a quiet drone in her head. Something prodding around the edges of her conscience, not exactly an uncomfortable intrusion, but rather, something akin to a satellite orbiting around her skull. It’s like she’s being surveyed. Her lips purse for a moment, there seems to be a pensive expression on her face. It is terribly disconcerting, seeing that the young woman is awash with the blood of what was left of her adversary while regarding the other with eyes as sharp as a feline’s. It is not unlike that of a mountain lion pondering over its next meal...

         ❝Aw, jeez... I hope you’re not part of the local law enforcement because this’ll be a doozy to explain.❞
