Zola leaned against her shovel and wiped the sweat from her brow, replacing it with a smear of dirt. She stood there trying to catch her breath, as she admired the fourth grave she had dug that night. When Zola heard rustling in the bushes in front of her, her first thought wasn’t fear. She just assumed it was the twins who owned the funeral home. But when she poked her head out of the top of the grave, she could only make out the outline of one person. Still, she immediately stuck her hand up and waved.

“Hey, hello! The graveyard is closed sooo you’re gonna have to either leave or come hang out with me! Unless you’re a murderer–in which case, do whatever you want and please don’t kill me.“

❝ Do you have a moment? ❞  the foreigner speaks with a thick Japanese accent, his eyes seemed to sparkle and his lips curved into a smile, he held the hand of a three-year-old girl whom seemed to also be staring up at the stranger with wide, fascinated eyes. In his other hand, Ozaki held a juice box. 

❝ I’d like to ask a few questions about the ah-- what is it called? Dynamax? I’ve never seen such a phenomenon! ❞

Open to: m Plot: Hyebin and your character used to be extremely close back when they were just high schoolers. Sharing a strong kind of bond that may have caused them to develop feelings for one another in the long run. But when the time came for them both to graduate, Hyebin had to move cities due to her education. And they for some reason just never stayed in touch after she left. Now that she's back, they stumbled upon each other's profile through social media and decided to meet up. Will the spark between them still be there when they reunite?

The playground swings, of course. Where else would they meet? It's been their hang out spot for as long as she could remember. And now that they were both there, sitting next to one another like before, it definitely brought back a lot of memories.

"Remember when we used to sit here like this?" She asked, turning slightly in her seat to look at the other. "We'd often buy ice cream at that one shop over there, using whatever that was left of our allowance. And when I finished my cone first, you'd always let me have some of yours."

Fancy charitable events wasn't Hyebin's favorite, but it did wonders for her reputation. Simply attending one was guaranteed a good headline. Which was why she settled for expensive wine and snooty people like herself for tonight. Taking a good look around, she would notice that almost everyone was mingling with somebody. And that she on the other hand was standing all by herself. For now at least. There was a large amount of unfamiliar faces too. Making it harder for her to find someone she was comfortable with to cling onto, urging her more to make new connections. What a bother, she thought. Being well aware of the fake front she would have to put up in order to get people to like her. So by downing whatever that was left of her drink, she placed the now emptied glass on the bar table beside her and proceeded to look for more refreshments. Hoping it would help her loosen up a bit.
