seventh heaven.
NOVEMBER 13TH, 2016. once his younger best friend has answered the door, seungcheol’s lips curve into the brightest smile he can muster given the shiver shaking his body. “hey, ji! I can’t stay because I think all my limbs are going to freeze up and drop off by body, but I saved you a flyer, you know, if— if you want one. since you gave me one when you got signed to TRC and I still have it, I thought it’d be nice if I could do the same when I got signed.” he pauses for a second. “maybe you should take two, because otherwise, I’m going to have two when you get signed again… do you want two? is that overkill?” he laughs nervously, running a hand through his hair, jumping when his fingertips graze his scalp.
“so… flyer?”
so, jihoon did take a while longer to get to the door, having his parents in bed and he with his headset on. it was all and all thanks to the cat he heard the bell, and headed down. and boy, was he happy to see seungcheol. he was about to invite the older male in, but couldn’t even speak up as he listened to seungcheol ramble on, eyes widening at the idea of getting a flyer from his best friend and he felt really happy. “ah- well- yes okay, two flyers it is, the more the merrier so i can be proud of you-” he starts, but he;s worried seungcheol might actually freeze outside, because even if jihoon is wearing a hoddie and some shorts, the cold was already killing him “you sure you don’t want to stay in for a bit? warm up before you head back?” he was somewhat planning on begging, since he hadn’t seen the other in such a long time, but if seungcheol was in a hurry, then he couldn’t say now.
“but yes, i want two flyers, both signed with a heart added to the side.“
