          “Do I want to know what you’ve been up to?”  she may or may not already know -- she can read minds after all.  Perhaps if he’s done something truly terrible she’ll let him fester for a bit, wondering if she’s indeed onto him ( she always is... )  Does it ever make him truly fearful? Not to her knowledge, for all she knows the kid LOVES pissing her off.
