     Five years. Five entire years. She’d waited so long to be in his arms, to hold onto the hope of seeing him again. She hadn’t even waited a moment as she strolled into their living room and threw herself into his arms, tear-filled or not. Fingertips grip onto his arms, trailing upward until she’s able to hold onto him for dearest life. ‘I told you so...’ seemed too bleak, so she keeps that to herself only all too ecstatic they were able to defeat the evil that’d taken him away.
